What are the NAIA eligibility requirements?
The NAIA Eligibility Center certifies whether prospective college athletes are eligible to play sports at NAIA Division I or II institutions. It does this by reviewing the student-athlete's academic record (GPA) and SAT® or ACT scores.
If a student recently graduated high school, they must meet two of these requirements:
-
Achieve a minimum overall high school GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
-
Graduate in the top half of their high school class (more about class rank letters)
-
Achieve the NAIA's minimum test score requirement (only one test score is required):
When should students register?
Student athletes can register for an account for the NAIA Eligibility Center here: https://play.mynaia.org/.
